The Companion Group is a gathering modeled after the house meetings described in the book of Acts. While we also meet in the temple, the depth and quality of relationships formed when meeting in homes are distinctly different. Beyond simply worshiping and fellowshipping at church, these gatherings help deepen connections, bridging relational gaps and fostering a profound sense of familyship.
Small group meetings in homes are not just about sharing life; they are fertile ground for building an Acts-style church where lives are intertwined and shared. Today, I was grateful and joyful to spend time in one of these “family gatherings,” experiencing its warmth and meaning. I pray and hope that Greenland Church will see even more of these precious “family gatherings” flourish!
