오늘은 도미니카공화국에서의 일정을 인도해주실 선교사님을 조금 더 알아가고 기도하는 시간을 가지면 좋을 것 같아요.
선교사님 성함은 황헬렌 선교사님이세요. 저희처럼 캐나다 몬트리올로 이민 온 이민자세요. 선교에 대한 특별한 마음을 갖고서 다양한 훈련과 다양한 선교 경험이 있으신 분이세요.
선교사님 소개 영상이 있는데요. 보시고 선교사님을 미리 좀 만나보시고, 다음 주에 만나면 이미 잘 알고 있는 사람처럼 반갑게 만나면 좋을 것 같아요.
처음 만나는 사람과의 관계를 잘 만들어가기 위해서는 그 사람에 대한 궁금증을 가지고 만나는 거예요. 예를 들면, 나 혼자만 알고 좋아하던 연예인을 만나는 마음으로 만나서 궁금증들을 잘 적어두셨다가 폭풍 질문(?)도 하시면서, 내가 궁금한 것들을 묻는 것도 필요하지만, 선교사님의 이야기를 들으면서 그분 안에서 나눠주고 싶은 이야기들을 더 관심 있게 물어보는 것입니다. 또한 우리 그린랜드교회가 동역할 수 있는 부분들은 어떤 부분들이 있는지도 관심 있게 물어보시면서 선교사님의 꿈과 비전을 함께 공유하는 신나는 비전트립이 되기를 소망하며 기도합니다~
영상도 보시고, 선교사님에 대한 소개글도 읽으시고 개인별로 질문 10개씩(? ㅎㅎ) 준비해주세요~ 식상한 질문 말고 신박한 질문들로 준비해주세요~ ㅎㅎㅎ

Today, I think it would be good to take time to learn more about and pray for the missionary who will guide our schedule in the Dominican Republic.
Her name is Missionary Helen Hwang. Like us, she is an immigrant who came to Montreal, Canada. She has a special heart for missions and brings diverse training and extensive mission experience.
There is an introductory video about the missionary. Please watch it and get to know her a bit before we meet next week, so that when we do meet, we can greet her warmly as if we already know her well.
Building a good relationship with someone you meet for the first time starts with approaching them with genuine curiosity. For example, imagine meeting a celebrity you've loved and followed on your own—come with that kind of excitement! Write down your questions and don't hesitate to ask lots of them. While it's important to ask what we're curious about, it's even more important to listen carefully to the missionary's stories and ask thoughtfully about what she wants to share from her heart. Also, please ask with genuine interest about how our Greenland Church can partner with her ministry, so we can share in the missionary's dreams and vision together. I pray this will be an exciting vision trip!
