Excellent spirituality is not measured by achievements or outward results. Rather, it is found in the sensitive and intentional stewardship of our relationship with God, moment by moment, day by day. Relationships are like moving targets—constantly shifting based on time and circumstance.
The ability to manage what is constantly changing is true wisdom. Therefore, those who excel in their relationship with God are those who carefully, attentively, and consistently manage that relationship with devotion.
Excellent spirituality is marked by a heart that is sensitive to God’s Word each day.
It discerns His will through Scripture and responds in a way that aligns with His delight—not by impulse or convenience, but through prayerful awareness and reverence.
Those who are attentive to their relationship with God will also be attentive in their relationships with others. They are spiritually discerning, emotionally wise, and relationally aware—able to sense where others are and respond with grace and clarity. This kind of moment-by-moment management of dynamic relationships is the essence of excellent spirituality.
May we be people who never take our relationships for granted— but who train and manage them daily, so that our connection with God and with others grows ever deeper and more vibrant.

Today’s Prayer
Lord, thank You for leading me through this 52-day Lenten journey.
I know I could not have reached this final day without the grace You have continually poured out.
Teach me, Lord, to live with excellent spirituality—
to respond sensitively to Your Word and to remain awake to Your presence each day.
Help me to steward my relationship with You and with others with wisdom, love, and careful attention.
I trust and expect that my life will become a daily offering of excellence, shaped by the Holy Spirit.
In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
<탁월한 영성> 이란 어떤 성취나 결과물로 나타나는 영성이 아니다. 매일 매일 매 순간 순간 마다 예민하고 세밀하게 관리하는 영성이다. <관계>는 시간과 상황에 따라 지속적으로 변하는 소위 <움직이는 타켓>이다. 움직이는 것을 잘 관리할 수 있는 것이 능력이다. 그러므로 하나님과의 관계를 탁월하게 유지하는 사람은 하나님과의 관계를 세밀하고 예민하게 관리하는 사람이다. 관리능력이 탁월함인 것이다.
탁월한 영성은 매일 매일 하나님의 말씀에 민감하게 반응하는 영성이다. 말씀을 읽으며 예민하게 하나님과의 관계를 관리하여 하나님의 말씀에 근거하여 하나님이 기뻐하시는 방법과 방식으로 반응하여 살아가는 영성이다.
하나님과의 관계에 예민한 사람은 사람과의 관계에도 예민하다. 감정적으로, 정신적으로, 또는 영적으로 상대방이 어떤 상태인지 잘 파악하고 분별력있게 대처방안을 제시한다. 그렇게 한 순간도 쉬지 않고 움직이는 관계를 잘 관리하는 것이 탁월한 영성이다. 매일 매일 훈련하고 관리하여 하나님과의 관계와 이웃과의 관계를 발전시키고 깊게 하는 탁월한 삶을 살아갈 수 있기를 소망한다.

하나님, 오늘까지 52일간 사순절동행을 잘 마무리할 수 있도록 인도해주셔서 감사합니다. 하나님께서 지속적으로 부어주시는 은혜가 아니면 이 끝지점까지 올 수 없었을 것입니다. 주님, 저에게 탁월한 영성을 살아가도록 가르쳐 주옵소서. 주의 말씀에 민감하게 반응하고, 주님의 임재에 늘 깨어 있게 하옵소서. 하나님과의 관계, 그리고 이웃과의 관계를 지혜롭고 사랑으로 세심하게 관리할 수 있도록 도와주옵소서. 저의 삶이 성령으로 빚어진 매일의 탁월한 예배가 되도록 인도하여 주실 것을 믿고 기대하며 예수님의 이름으로 기도드립니다. 아멘.
