"너희를 위하여 하늘에 쌓아 둔 소망으로 말미암음이니... 이 복음이 이미 너희에게 이르매 너희가 듣고 참으로 하나님의 은혜를 깨달은 날부터 너희 중에서와 같이 또한 온 천하에서도 열매를 맺어 자라는도다" [골로새서 1:5-6]
이제 출발까지 10일 남았습니다. 카운트다운을 제대로 시작할 때입니다.
비전트립의 가장 중요한 준비는 기도입니다. 우리가 만날 사람들을 위해, 그들이 살아가는 현장을 위해, 그리고 그곳에서 이루어질 하나님의 일을 위해 먼저 기도로 준비하는 것입니다.
우리는 낯선 사람들을 만나러 가는 것이 아닙니다. 우리가 만날 사람들은 이미 하나님께서 사랑하시고 부르신 형제자매들입니다. 우리의 기도가 우리보다 먼저 그곳에 도착하여 하나님의 일하심을 준비합니다.
오늘, 우리가 만날 사람들을 위해 함께 기도합시다:
- Joy Preschool 아이들과 선생님들을 위하여
- 어린 아이들의 마음에 하나님의 사랑이 심어지기를
- 선생님들에게 지혜와 인내와 기쁨이 넘치기를
- 이 아이들 한 명 한 명이 하나님의 계획 가운데 자라기를
- Santiago Elementary Students를 위하여
- 배움의 기회를 통해 미래의 소망을 발견하기를
- 교육이 그들의 삶을 변화시키는 도구가 되기를
- 이 학생들이 자신의 공동체를 세우는 리더로 성장하기를
- Santiago Church 사역자들과 목회자들을 위하여
- 섬김의 사역 가운데 지치지 않고 새 힘을 얻기를
- 하나님의 음성을 분명히 듣고 인도하심을 받기를
- 그들의 헌신이 많은 열매를 맺기를
- Chichigua Village 사람들을 위하여
- 복음이 그들의 삶 가운데 실제적인 변화를 가져오기를
- 하나님의 사랑이 그들의 어려움 가운데 위로와 소망이 되기를
- 이 공동체가 그리스도 안에서 회복되고 세워지기를
우리의 기도가 그들과 우리를 먼저 연결합니다. 기도는 우리가 그들을 만나기 전에 이미 우리의 마음을 준비시키고, 하나님의 마음으로 그들을 바라볼 수 있게 합니다.
오늘부터 매일, 이 사람들을 위해 기도하며 만남을 준비합시다.

"...the hope stored up for you in heaven... All over the world this gospel is bearing fruit and growing, just as it has been doing among you since the day you heard it and truly understood God's grace." [Colossians 1:5-6]
Only 10 days remain until our departure. It's time to begin the countdown in earnest.
The most important preparation for a vision trip is prayer. We prepare through prayer—for the people we will meet, for the places where they live, and for the work God will do there.
We are not going to meet strangers. The people we will meet are already our brothers and sisters whom God loves and has called. Our prayers arrive before us, preparing the way for God's work.
Today, let us pray together for the people we will meet:
- For Joy Preschool children and teachers
- That God's love would be planted in the hearts of these young children
- That the teachers would overflow with wisdom, patience, and joy
- That each child would grow according to God's plan for their lives
- For Santiago Elementary Students
- That through education they would discover hope for their future
- That learning would become a tool to transform their lives
- That these students would grow as leaders who build up their community
- For Santiago Church staff and pastors
- That they would be renewed and not grow weary in their ministry of service
- That they would clearly hear God's voice and receive His guidance
- That their dedication would bear much fruit
- For Chichigua Village people
- That the gospel would bring tangible transformation to their lives
- That God's love would be comfort and hope in the midst of their hardships
- That this community would be restored and built up in Christ
Our prayers connect us with them before we even arrive. Prayer prepares our hearts to see them with God's heart before we meet them face to face.
Starting today, let us prepare for these encounters by praying for these people every day.
