오늘 하루를 되돌아보니 저에게 특별한 의미가 있는 날이더라구요.
일주일후면 3박 4일간 함께 먹고, 함께 걷고, 이야기할 여행동반자들을 만난 날이기 때문입니다. 10대부터 70대까지 온 세대가 함께 한 마음과 한 뜻으로 함께 여행할 생각하며 상상을 하니 기대가 되고, 하나님께서는 어떤 동행을 걷기 원하실까? 라는 생각을 해보게 되었습니다.
우리는 나이도, 배경도, 환경도, 성격도, 취향도 다 다르지만, 서로를 사랑하고 존귀히 여기며 서로를 아껴주고, 돌보고, 섬기며 하나님의 사랑을 풍성하게 나누는 아름다운 시간이 될 것을 소망하며 기도합니다. 때때로 본인의 취향과 습관과 다른 점들을 경험하겠지만, 한 사람 한 사람을 '하나님의 작품'으로 여기며 소중히 여기는 시간이 되기를 소망합니다.
오늘 모두 함께 모인 모습을 보는 것만으로도 좋았습니다. 일주일동안 건강관리 잘 하시고, 아프지 않도록 주의하시면서 컨디션을 잘 유지하시기 바랍니다. 육적으로, 감정적으로도, 정신적으로도, 영적으로도 건강하셔서 주일에 반갑게 만나 함께 예배드릴 수 있기를 바랍니다.
다음 주일(2/22) 예배에는 모두 참석하시고, 예배중에 앞으로 나와서 그린랜드 가족들과 함께 기도하는 시간을 가질 예정입니다. 이번 한 주 주님안에서 평안하게 잘 지내시구요. 다음 주일예배에는 모두 함께 예배드리며 도미니카공화국에서의 모든 일정을 하나님께 위탁하는 시간이 되기를 소망하며 기도합니다.

As I reflected on today, I realized it holds a very special place in my heart — because today was the day I finally met the travel companions who, in just one week, will share meals, walks, and conversations with me for four unforgettable days.
From teenagers to those in their seventies, every generation gathered together with one heart and one purpose. Just imagining us traveling side by side fills me with such anticipation — and it made me wonder: What kind of journey does God want us to walk together?
We may differ in age, background, circumstance, personality, and preference — but my prayer is that this will be a beautiful season of loving and honoring one another, of caring for each other, of serving one another, and of sharing God's love in abundance. There will certainly be moments when things feel unfamiliar or different from what you're used to. But I hope we will choose to see each person as God's masterpiece — uniquely made, deeply treasured.
Even just seeing everyone gathered together today brought so much joy to my heart.
As we head into this final week, please take good care of yourselves. Stay healthy, get enough rest, and guard your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing — so that we can come together next Sunday with full hearts and ready spirits.
Next Sunday (February 22nd), please plan to be at worship. During the service, our vision trip team will come forward together so that our Greenland family can surround us in prayer. It will be a meaningful moment of entrusting everything — every detail of our Dominican Republic journey — into God's hands.
