Today, I want us to remember and lift up in prayer those who are not traveling with us physically, but who are very much a part of this mission — those who have given financially, donated supplies, offered rides, and supported us in so many different ways. They are our partners in every sense of the word.
This Sunday, we will gather around the theme: "Mission Together: Go or Send." As we do, my prayer is that we would remember not only those of us who are going — but the entire Greenland family who is praying for us, sending us, and interceding on our behalf. They are not on the sidelines. They are in this with us.
May this Dominican Republic Vision Trip open our hearts to the deep and beautiful meaning of what it truly means to do mission together — and may we return with a fuller understanding of what God calls all of us to share in.
"So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God."
